Lessons offered in-person or online
Please ensure you have a strong internet connection, a quiet room in your house and a fully charged device for your lesson.

Each lesson can be recorded and sent to the student via airdrop or e-mail after the lesson for practicing purposes.
Singing is a very vulnerable thing. The student must be prepared to talk through issues that might be causing mental blocks in order to unlock their full potential as a singer.
For online lessons:
Please have a song prepared for your first lesson with a proper karaoke track to play at home.
Not sure where to find them? There are plenty of free tracks on YouTube!
It is also important to make sure you have a separate device on which to play your karaoke track.
Make sure you have water handy to keep your vocal cords hydrated.
For in-person lessons:
Please have a song prepared for your first lesson. This can be any song that fills you with joy and that you are comfortable singing.
This helps me determine specifically what it is we need to work on.
Make sure to bring a water bottle to keep your vocal cords hydrated.
Your first lesson
Your first lesson will be about discussing goals and technique. Your range and pitch will be tested to get a better idea of your level and we will move on to some easy exercises. There isn't always time to move on to a song, but have one ready just in case!
Process for weekly/bi-weekly students
You will attend lessons in which we will spend the first 5-10 minutes discussing progress and recapping the previous lesson. We will then spend some time doing vocal exercises, training your ear, pitch, breath and vocal placement. For the remaining time of the lesson you will sing a song (one you have prepared) and be coached on technique and performance.
